Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Lovely, vigorous, and an excellent choice as a CARE FREE, QUICK SPREADING GROUND COVER FOR DRY SHADE. Very long blooming too, from early Summer to Fall bearing loads of upright spikes to 3’ tall, densely studded with charming lavender flowers, that are “just right” for cutting. The attractive foliage features soft-fuzzy, largish wavy lobed evergreen leaves. Spreads by rhizomes and will fill up that shady side of your house rather quickly. To 5’ across easily! Cut back in winter for best appearance.
