Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Sugar frosted pinkness! This is a cute little Drosanthemum that when it blooms is completely covered with pink flowers like icing on a cupcake. The foliage itself also has a frosted look - the leaves have reflective “glands” that sparkle & shine in the sun. It blooms in Spring when the foliage becomes completely obscured by the pink 3/4” flowers. Another great characteristic of this plant is its drought tolerance. It can handle very little water & still look fresh. Makes a nice groundcover, growing 1 1/2’ tall & 2 1/2' wide. Native to S. Africa. Best with good drainage.
