There’s girly & then there’s girly. This plant belongs to the latter category. Thanks goes again to the Dowdeswell family of New Zealand for their dedication to these towering & robust Delphiniums that grow so well for us here by the Bay! This member of the “New Millennium” series is rife with floozy appeal. Each double pink flower is crowned with a dark smoky “bee” at the center. Blooming stalks can reach from 3-4’ in height, are packed with flowers & make for a seriously decadent bouquet. Ooh-la-la! Strong stems make for less staking & if you cut your plants back after they bloom in Spring & side dress with compost, you will get a repeat show! Rich soil is best. To at least 4’ tall x 3’ across.
