Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Pompons of pure white bloom summer to fall, developing more doubling as the summer progresses. The light, feathery green foliage makes an ideal airy background for other summer flowers such as zinnias. A heat lover.
A profusion of double white blooms bedeck this new & froufrou Cosmos from Summer through Fall! Though they are a wee bit on the manufactured side for our tastes (oh the breeders, they do like to meddle) they certainly appeal to our fancy, floozy, frilly side. Parasols & petticoats? We say yes! ‘Snow Puff’ Cosmos? Also yes! Growing to 3-4’ tall & wide, this Cosmos makes a superb cut flower & blooms longest when deadheaded, so keep those bouquets coming! Like other Cosmos, ‘Snow Puff’ both reseeds & attracts pollinators & beneficial insects, so you do get function with your frills! Not fussy about soil, but a little compost added is best.
