Nursery contributed plant descriptions

One of our favorite vines, but with a twist! Emerging from showy lime buds, enchanting white blushed lime green bells up to 3.5” across display long prominent stamens. Fast & vigorous, this workhorse native to Mexico can easily grow to 25’ in one season, ideal for covering a chain link fence or unsightly view. Flowering like crazy, it slows down in Winter (maybe), inviting much admiration from neighbors & hummingbirds! Average to rich soil. Cut back in Winter to keep it looking fresh. Sweetly sophisticated planted near white or yellow climbing roses.
