Six inch pendulous clusters of white ?parrot?s-beak?/?lobster-claw?-like flowers decorate this 10-12' evergreen/climbing shrub from spring into early summer. S/M
Here is the rare white version of the much loved & hard to find Clianthus AKA “Parrot’s Beak” or “Kaka Beak”. This fast growing shrub, or small tree, bears dense masses of beautiful & very unusual, 3” creamy white flowers in pendant racemes, Spring thru Summer. Evergreen, pinnate foliage. Looks great espaliered to display the blooms, which are filled with sweet nectar and attract birds. Tolerates a wide range of soils, and temps down to 13 °F.
