Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Ageratums were introduced in 1822 and have been continual favorites ever since. This modern hybrid variety has lovely blue fuzzy flowers on long stems, perfect for cutting.
Who would want a dwarf Ageratum when you can have this old-fashioned, 30” tall variety? Easy, fast & covered with fluffy (pettable!) dense lavender clusters, 4” across, atop branching stems with emerald green, heart shaped leaves. Blooms late Spring to Fall (with dead-heading). Very EASY to grow! Choice in a container as shown, I planted several in a 15 gal pot. Butterfly magnet! Rich, well drained soil.
