Nursery contributed plant descriptions

A cute little Aeonium, this guy’s rosettes get to be only 1” to ½” wide, but it is multi-branching so there are many rosettes that form a nice lime green mound about 2’ across & 12-18” tall. The leaves have a strong red stripe down the middle & are rather thick & pinchable. The bloom is a greenish white & occur in clusters about 4” across. Found growing in Masca, Tenerife. It is thought by some to be a cross between A. haworthii & A. edifolium. Can handle salt spray, drought & neglect. Makes a good little groundcover & can even be used as a fire break plant if you live in fire prone areas. Could be very cute popping out of a rock wall!
