Nursery contributed plant descriptions

My favorite plant name! This showy annual is almost unknown. Who knows why? But it bursts into a prufusion of lovely 1" bright violet-blue upward facing cup shaped flowers July thru September. Great in hanging baskets or containers. Don't you just want to grow this plant so you cen tell people you are growing a Specularia speculum? 1-1.5' wide x 1' tall.
