Nursery contributed plant descriptions

From the Mediterranean comes this unusual Delphinium. Smokey-blue and lavender star flowers are densely packed atop thick, erect, 3' to 4' spikes. Attractive, shiny, and marbled, star-shaped leaves are an added plus. This one does well in poor soil too, but probably needs good drainage. It reseeds too, unlike most Delphiniums.
