Native to dry, rocky places at high elevations in California, Washington & Mexico, “Nuttall’s Desert Trumpets” is an enchanting & sweetly fragrant perennial with a long bloom season - from July to September. A bushy species growing from a woody base, it bears many erect stems to 1’ tall, bearing widely flaring, good-sized, white flowers with a yellow eye. Evergreen, needle-like foliage. Best in rock gardens, containers or poor, well drained soil.
