Nursery contributed plant descriptions

I discovered this stunning plant blooming at Western Hills Nursery in 1992. Brilliant dark TURQUOISE BLUE flowers, each 1" across, are borne fairly profusely Summer thru Fall. Happy anywhere, sun or shade (mine is in part shade). Dry or wet soil. Spreading from tubers, it grows 1.5' to 2' tall and is deciduous in Winter. Very EASY to grow.
