Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Like sugar-n-spice it?s everything nice: deeply-cut, very shiny foliage centered with purple and prolific lacy spring flowers of white frosted with pink; pretty edger for the shady border or woodland. PSh-S/M PP16738
With flowers like silver sparklers with glowing pink tips in spring emerging from clumps of attractive lobed, semi-evergreen leaves marked with burgundy centers, this plant creates a beautiful, small scale ground cover. Thrives in part shade to shade and prefers rich organic soil with consistent moisture. Plants spread by stolons but are easy to control. Deer and rabbit resistant. Dry shade tolerant.
This plant is everything nice, and it IS Dan's very favorite Tiarella in the whole world! Dramatic, lacy leaves with painted, heavily marked centers are seen in summer to winter. Lightly fragrant, spring flowers are uniquely "frosted with pink with a white interior," says Ken. The shiny leaves appear to be lacquered and look fabulous all year here at the nursery!
