This charmer has foliage SOOO ruffled the showy burgundy underneath contrasts with the deep-green above at each ruffle giving it a two-tone look like the petticoat of a square dancer!; to 16"h x 22"w. S-PSh/M
A wonderful cultivar with contrasting bicoloured foliage, dark green on the top and lusty burgundy or pink on the bottom. The edges are so ruffled that the bottoms show quite nicely from beneath. Absolutely charming and a neat foliage departure amongst the heuchera.
This great sport of H. 'Purple Petticoats' has the same beautiful ruffled foliage but is green on top and burgundy below.? 'Sashay' has bee a great garden performer despite my lack of attention.? Like all Heuchera, it appreciates well drained soils that aren't too dry and partial sun.? It has performed reasonably well in full sun locations with extra moisture.
This sport of 'Purple Petticoats' has deeply cut, ruffled leaves which are dark green on top contrasted by luscious burgundy below. The unique substance and leaf color provide dramatic interest in both landscapes and containers. Award of Garden Merit winner.
