Sweet, underused perennial that forms evergreen rosettes of glossy, scalloped leaves from which curving spikes of lavender flowers emerge over a very long season, spring to summer (and sometimes fall). Always looks neat and tidy with no help from us! The rosettes kind of throw out baby rosettes via stems around them and grow new plants…the more the merrier! Light shaded woodland is perfect, decent soil drainage and summer moisture.
