Potentilla x tonguei is a fast-growing broadleaf semi-evergreen perennial groundcover with green foliage. In spring and summer orange and yellow flowers emerge. Attracts bees making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun - mostly sun and even moisture - low water. Drought tolerant once established. Does well in average, gritty, lean, rocky and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something heat tolerant and verticillium wilt resistant.

Many small bright flowers, yellow with a red base, dot this prostrate perennial (stems to 1'); an excellent ground cover. S/M
Throughout summer, Staghorn Cinquefoil will scramble along the ground and over walls with its handsome evergreen textural leaves, deeply cut and punctuated by warm apricot flowers with orange-red centers. 6" tall, 12 - 15" wide. Minimum temperature: -30?F
Clump-forming with dark green leaves and long, spreading flower stems. Bowl-shaped, apricot flowers are marked with carmine-red eyes, quite unusual.
This is an excellent mat-forming perennial with handsome leaves and 1" amber orange flowers with a red interior in May-June and occasionally thereafter. Tough little guy getting a foot across with semi-evergreen leaves. Decent soil that doesn't dry out. Long-lived.
Apricot-yellow flowers with red centers adorn this low-growing perennial beginning in early summer, sitting above the mats of green foliage. Fast-growing, to only 4-6" tall spreading to 12-18" wide, these love full sun. Accepting of summer water but tolerant of periods of drought. Said to be deer resistant. Evergreen into the teens °F and frost hardy to -30 °F, USDA zone 4.
