Clusters of double, magenta-pink flowers in May to June are hard to miss! Tufted, mat-forming foliage sends up 12" tall flower stems. Minimum temperature: -30°F
A clumping, evergreen perennial. From Spring to early Summer, slender, erect stems rise above the low mounds of foliage, to bear dense spikes of double, bright pink-magenta flowers. Easily grown and highly desirable. Needs moist soil for its shallow mat-like root system. Tolerates light shade. Great feature plant for the edge of paths/borders or around the pond.
