At home with a sunny exposure and excellent drainage this Lithodora will have dense gray-green foliage and eye-catching white and blue flowers. Evergreen, it's 6" tall and slowly spreading. Great in a rock garden as its name suggests. Please don't overwater. Minimum temperature: 0°F
This easy groundcover has dark green foliage that is topped for long periods in spring and summer with masses of royal blue flowers centred with a white star. Great for spilling over walls. Shear lightly after flowering to encourage a compact habit and further reblooming.
A variation of the popular and well-known Lithodora 'Grace Ward,' this cultivar has the same evergreen, narrow foliage and slightly mounding, prostrate habit, but the flowers sport a white central star with a vibrant bright blue edge. When in bloom,the foliage is nearly covered with these showy, blue and white blossoms.A Blooms of Bressingham introduction it is perfect for a rockery, or cascading over a retaining wall or down a bank. 'White Star' is especially useful in sunny locations with lean, moist soil, but will tolerate dry soil once established. It makes an excellent ground. ZONE 6
