Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Spikes of white blossoms with blue anthers grace this evergreen shrublet in summer. Foliage is small, intensely glaucous gray, and densely branched. Hardier than many other Hebe. Fabulous foliage with good Fall color. Follow a regular watering schedule the first growing season to establish a strong system. After the plant is established, water deeply and less frequently. Hardy to -10 degrees. A fast grower.

Dwarf evergreen shrublet covered generously with small silver green leaves that glitter on 12" mounds that spread to 18" wide. Small white summer flowers…a neat and tidy plant that requires very little maintenance! Prefers well drained soil, consistent moisture, sun or just a tad of shade…nice in rock gardens or front of border…in mass!
Unusually hardy hebe, tolerating temperatures down to 0 °F!!! Evergreen and small, to 18" tall x 2-3' wide, with silvery, mounding foliage and small white flowers on short spikes in mid summer to early fall. Sun to part sun in well-drained soil with regular water at least until well-established. Frost hardy in USDA zone 7.
This Hebe is not only attractive, but seems to be pretty much indestructible. It forms a dense mound to 2' that retains its appealing compact form no matter how much it gets snowed on. The small leaves have an appealing bluish cast, and older plants may produce white flowers. It will grow on any well drained site in sun or part shade, and is moderately drought tolerant. Hardy to 5 °F and perhaps lower.
Stout low growing shrub with gray-green leaves and white flowers. An evergreen shrub for the winter bones of the garden.
