Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Sulfur yellow spidery flowers over long period. Grevillea juniperina is often regarded as THE hardiest Grevillea to cold, though other species such as G. australis and G. victoriae could certainly compete. Growing vigorously into a sizeable shrub (to about 7' tall and wide) with prickly leaves and sulfur yellow flowers, it will tolerate the toughest of conditions, including drought and heavier soils. Indeed it does look like a juniper when out of bloom, or some conifer, but it will amaze your neighbor when the brightly colored flowers appear! Grown tough, it is hardy to temperatures of 0 °F or below. Australia.
Arching open branches with soft yellow flowers beginning in early spring. Evergreen 6' x 6'
