    Epimedium 'Brilliant Rubystarr' is a fast-growing broadleaf evergreen perennial groundcover with green foliage. In spring red flowers emerge. Grows well with bright shade - shade and regular water. Drought tolerant once established. Adapts to various soil conditions. Does well in average, clay, rich, rocky and well-drained soil.
