Hardy Ice Plant and yes it is de-lew-ee-ay in case you were wondering. This is from a Halda collection at 12000' in Lesotho South Africa. It may even be hardier than Zone 5. Large and lively (how I like to think of myself) magenta pink flowers fairly cover the plant in early summer. Takes dry.
