Nursery contributed plant descriptions

(RIVERSIDE WINDFLOWER) Clump forming cultivar with erect, leafy flowering stems 2’ tall over 12-24” clumps May, June and July. Showy 1?” flowers are white petaled with indigo blue anthers. Most soils, woodland site, sun to part shade…moist during growth and bloom season. USDA Z5-9 4” pot
This elegant Chinese denizen presents delicate single white flowers with a smoky halo of deep blue-violet stamens, surrounding green centers, and mauve flushed backsides. An illuminated choice for the woodland garden, Anemone leveillei's low mound of deeply divided and somewhat hirsute dark green leaves can be massed amid ferns and wild gingers in humus-rich soil.
Loose umbels of 10-20 white flowers, 1-2" across each, blue-purple on the reverse and prominent blue anthers. Prefers a moist soil, especially in sun.
May through June white saucer flowers with soft indigo-blue exterior petals and violet-blue anthers top 18" stems. This could be called a clumper or a slow traveler. Most commonly from moist meadows, forest margins, and stream and lake-sides of the vast Himalayan region, A. rivularis prefers enough water (not boggy) and rich soil.
