Dwarf is often a general term when it comes to Oleanders and most resources state that 'Dwarf' Oleanders reach 4' high when in truth they can in time reach 5, 6, 7, or 8' with age, depending on the cultivar and particularly in mild winter climates. Compared to their larger growing siblings that may reach 20'+ these are the dwarfs of the clan. Periodic selective pruning may be needed to keep these plants in the 4' range as they can get larger with age, time, and warm winters.
