This multi parent kalmia comes from Richard Jaynes. One of the many parents is K. ‘Sharon Rose’ that we listed in the 80’s from Wright’s Nursery. Bright red buds open to pink inside.
Flower buds are deep, bright red and open to a light pink. Deep green glossy foliage covers the plant.
