Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Often called bat face cuphea, this fluttery, flower-filled variety is my new "go to" plant for summery containers! It combines well with Sweetheart Red sweet potato, Florida Sun Rose coleus and phygelius. A native of Mexico, it is heat and drought tolerant once established. Provide well-drained soil with a neutral pH and slow release fertilizer, and enjoy flower-filled containers all summer.
