Nursery contributed plant descriptions

The silky, silvery-grey leaves of this 2-4' shrub make a lovely back-ground for the white, pink-tinted, morning-glory flowers which bedeck it over a long period in summer. S/D/GDr/renewal pruning
A tall silky silvery plant with white Morning Glory flowers, Ex Heronswood, its beautiful but very different from the silver leaved dwarf thing we had under this name years ago, this is easy by comparison.
An evergreen shrub to 4' tall and as wide, bearing sparkling silver-white foliage and delicate blossoms from May to September. The pink-tinged white flowers open from pink buds to reveal yellow throats. Prune annually to renew the plant and prevent legginess. In our experience this is a short-lived shrub. Southern Europe.
SILVERBUSH - A low mounding bushy shrub also known as bindweed. Very attractive silky silver gray foliage produces pink buds that open to funnel shaped white flowers with yellow centers. The flowers resemble Morning Glory. Likes sun and well drained soil, growing 2' x 3'. Hardy to 15 degrees in zones 8-10. Once established it is drought tolerant.
This hardy, Mediterranean, morning glory's silver foliage provides interest all year and good contrast to the pink flower buds and white flowers infused with lavender in spring and summer. A mat forming shrub, 2-3 ft tall by 4 ft wide, this lovely, silvery presence does not spread by seed or runners. Prefers sun and good drainage. Very drought tolerant. Frost hardy to USDA zone 8.
