Nursery contributed plant descriptions

'Joe Hoak' is a spectacular variegated Agave with green and silver streaked leaves edged in creamy yellow. As the plants reach maturity, the leaves arch creating a striking form. 'Joe Hoak' cannot be produced from tissue culture and seldom creates pups so it is very rare. If we have it and you want it, best to snap it up as it is rarely offered. Protect indoors in winter.
A really wild colored Joe Hoak hybrid with variegation and albomargination. Every leaf looks a little different in coloring. This is a really flashy agave! Growing in 1 gallon pots. An urn shaped agave with a stout base and upright growing leaves. Great for landscape. Grows to about 3 feet wide by 3 feet tall.
Semi-hardy, may need protection in winter. Partial to Full Shade. Pale Yellow flowers on plants older than 8. Outdoor/Indoor.
