Achillea 'Coronation Gold' is a broadleaf deciduous or semi-evergreen perennial with blue and white foliage. In summer yellow flowers emerge. Features fuzzy texture. Attracts bees, beneficial insects and butterflies making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun - mostly sun and regular - low water. Drought tolerant once established. Prefers to be dry in summer. Adapts to various soil conditions. Does well in average, gritty, lean, rocky and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something heat tolerant and seaside / salt tolerant.

Many newer varieties of golden yarrow have emerged over the years, but none have surpassed this dependable, long-blooming stalwart of summer gardens. It shrugs off heat, withstands summers that lack rain, and refuses to become a self-sowing nuisance. A fine companion to sea holly, globe thistles and more in well-drained soils.
A clump forming, evergreen perennial, with finely dissected, intense silver-white, fern-like foliage and flat heads of golden yellow flowers throughout the warmer months.Best planted en masse.Feed Well.Cut spent stems to the ground.The most drought hardy Achillea we've yet seen, easily surviving several months without water, once established.
