You may recall, I posted about the Lan Su Chinese Garden<\/a>\u00a0before. I said that I hardly ever go–because\u00a0I have a yearly membership, which means I\u00a0can go any time I want. Hmmm. That doesn’t make sense, does it?<\/p>\n

And\u00a0it’s not true. Now that I’m driving myself around town, apparently I stop more frequently.<\/p>\n

My Fringe Flower at home is blooming as well. I inherited this plant–having killed two others in my\u00a0former garden. Shhhh. Don’t tell it.<\/p>\n

The May Apples were looking fabulous in spite of uncooperative light conditions. I have a couple plants at home. Last year they didn’t do much. This year, getting bold–and does that ever make me happy.<\/p>\n

Mixed baby greens with balsamic dressing, sauteed mushrooms, and oven roasted artichoke hearts–with an inexpensive ros\u00e9 from Trader Joe’s, because it’s spring.<\/p>\n
