Boasting fragrant rich velvet red blossoms, this double form of garden pink has petals that are distinctively etched and edged in rosy pink. As the flowers age, they fade to romantic shades and contrast attractively with the blue green grassy foliage. Remember, Dianthus prefer an alkaline soil, so amend with limestone if your soils tend to be acidic. Tidy compact habit 6" high x 8" wide.
